Chef's Recomendations
As a Pastry Chef, you must have new ideas that others havent thought of yet. Here are some flavor combos that I believe will blow your socks off and say, "why did I not think of that before!?"
Try chocolate with a fruity icing like: orange, lemon, cherry, strawberry, or even cream cheese or almond.
Vanilla is a great basic, and it goes great with vanilla icing, but next time try it with: mint, cinnamon, or even coconut!
With strawberry cake you gotta try it with lemon icing. It sounds dareing, but it is delicious.
My personal favorite is defonitly yellow butter cake with chocolate icing; its not so "out of the box," but it sure hits the spot.
I can make any flavor you can think of and mixing and matching flavors is a very custom touch to your unique event!
